charming stay!

i found the two pool areas really relaxing. fresh beach towels were provided near the pool. breakfast was served on the outside patio with a good variety of options. dante restaurant near the pool offered delicious and reasonably priced meals. all the staff were very friendly and answered my questions.
the room was small. it had what i needed, but felt very compact.

the hotel is within walking distance of shops and restaurants along the beach. it provides awesome views over the sea. the layout of the hotel is well-designed. there are no problems for any traveler to find everything.

The sunset view was beautiful from the hotel. a short walk led into town. cherry, elive and dennis stood out. They enhanced the holiday experience. the staff are an absolute credit to this hotel and deserve praise.
the bed in the king suite felt a little small.

The location was special. i loved the easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. It seemed like a true adventure. the hotel pools offered fine city views. We spent many hours relaxing there. the breakfasts were AMAZING!!! i will never forget the delicious cheese and pastries.
I noticed the daily room cleaning could have been better. i found that it was basic. I needed to specifically request to mop the floor.

mixed feelings about this stay
poor cleanlinessineffective air conditioning
the room was not thoroughly cleaned. i found some hairs in the bathroom and dust accumulated on the furniture. also, the air conditioning system was not very effective, and i struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during the nights it was really disappointing. the staff was not very helpful with this.

The hotel's location was acceptable, within walking distance to the center.
I experienced several issues . The room cleaning was not thorough. I found hairs in the bathroom. The room also lacked soundproofing. I heard noise from other rooms and the hallway (this was quite disturbing during the night).
